will continue with some modelling explorations this week.

Parametric Inputs
The processes of Activities (reading/ chatting, etc) acting as a fundemental introduction to the behavior model. To integrated the proccesses of Activities / Fibrous structures/ the Floorplates as ‘one formal system’; I have recently introduced properties of ergonomic/body gesture dimensions to enrich the parameter for the behaviour and parameter model. The properties of the system would includes basic (dimensions) gesture of human body, eye levels, distance of conversations between people to induce a built-in furnitures “Fibrous-scape”.
Responsive
There are two layers to the structure - The ‘external’ Fibres are responding to environment/ boundaries/ skins/ sunlight/ wind, etc to structure the orientations/ adaptations (Future+Presents) of the design. On the other hand, the ‘internal’ Fibres mainly be responsive to the users to enhance the concept of interactions/ communications and collaborations. To enhance the efficiency of the system and facilitates different scenerios/ external factors/ structural considerations, the size of the Fibres are expected a change in gradient of diameters variation throughout the system.
Second (organ)
The fibrous Structure creates different transition spaces while interweaving with other components, especially when there’s a change in geometries/ atmosphere of spaces/ connection points/ Burifications. The Activities-Ergonomics behavioral system and parametric model would induces two different Extreme circulation typologies - both ‘Horizontal’ and ‘Vertical’, which are both implied from the same parametric system and evolution of spaces but design with a ‘different structural system’ and facilitates ‘different functions’ depending on the distribution of the Fibres in relation to the site and other components.

Researching Behavior: first, to generate behavioral relations between all constituting processes: Curiosity, Interest, Discovering, Researching, Focusing, Gathering, Sharing, Testing, Interpreting. To introduce a dynamic heterogeneous circulation that manifested from “processes of researching”, which are continuously informed and which continuously inform other running processes. The creation of this system is to sustain the “processes of researching”, which acting as hyperlinked integrities. They are active nodes in a complex adaptive operational network, which spaces and people are all connected through a hyperlink system that allows human interaction in different scenario in real time. At the same time, to establish a two-way communication between the students/professors (the users) and their environment (the faculty, the office).
Researching Interactivity: To deal with Lab life, training, communication, research cells as immediate and co-related programmatic activities related to real-time human interactions and spatial flexibility. Thereby creating a new Researching Topology: to provide a wide range of qualitative spaces with extensive programmatic potentialities by transforming the prevailing vertical space into a cellular Horizontal typology.
Researching Adaptations: Future population densification (urban growth): the design should be Parametrically and data driven, a spatially differentiated model that enables future expansion by adapting and responding to the needs. There should be NO deadends for future expansion! To enhance this system of movement, the design should propose a new configurations of structure from the outcome of the process (e.g. the fibrous structure might growth in a different dimensions and directions to facilities future needs)
Fibrous Interweaving Structure
To deal with Lab life, training, communication, research cells as immediate and co-related programmatic activities related to real-time human interactions and spatial flexibility. The design further evoloved to a Helix structure from a Honeycomb Hexagon geometry (6 points) forming 2 interwoven researching areas to create a interweaving linkage between each cell and enhance a more dynamic flow of people movement within the reseach laborartory. Attempts to connect different student research-patterns as a non-linear Network Environment based on the hyperlink system.
